Kourtney Olinger

Designated Broker / Owner
Kourtney started Premier Haven Management Solutions with 18+ years’ experience in property management. Her property management experience includes but is not limited to multi-family, commercial, residential and HOA management. She started her career as a leasing specialist and in this role property management quickly became her passion. While living her passion, she naturally advanced to corporate level management eventually leading to ownership. Kourtney has managed multi-state portfolios giving her experience in diverse markets across the United States. Kourtney is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Arizona. She was born and raised in Arizona. Her focus outside of her career are her two children that she enjoys traveling with.
